if you want a great action RPG'S, either the BK series, particularly the 3rd one, is the best choice. it has a great story, many gameplay variety, tons of items to collect, and you can also try new difficulty options when you beat the game for the first time.
then there is shadow rine. unlike BK 3, this is a 2D topdown action JRPG, similar to the older final fantasy or the legend of zelda titles. this one has a great story, multiple endings to get, and there's even an extra episode that you can unlock.
