I've owned navigon for about 4 years now and I can tell you that they've greatly improved accessibility since it came out close to the time of the IPhone 3gs. I know it works with blind square, but I've never successfuly gotten it to give me turn by turn directions when in pedestrian mode. I'll give it a try when next I'm downtown.
