Unless you count the excellent but somewhat pricey Apple Time Capsule for a single 2 or 3 TB disk with AFP and SMB, no, not really. But that doesn't really matter, as long as a computer or device can serve a share, there'll be some iOS app that can browse it. Unless you specifically need the features of a NAS, any device can make a share available using any protocol. You can buy RAID on external USB if you really want to go there, but I advise simply keeping backups of anything you store. Disks are cheap, and every OS has the means to share a folder or set up server services. Yes, this does require a bit more work than buying it in a box, but it can be done and achieves the same results.
