You really need to be more specific about what you need: What sort of game is it exactly that you want to create?
I personally haven't heard of this game you're talking about, and I'm not going to look it up. That said, if you told me exactly what you wanted, there's a good chance I could help.
Obviously what sort of game you want will dictate the price a lot.
If you want a simple board game, I'll do it for you for £20. If you want a multiplayer thingy with multiple maps ETC, then we'll be having a much different conversation.
