How do you write in PDFs?
The title pretty much says it all. I have a very very picky English teacher who essentially makes us number our paragraphs in sources we use for research papers, highlight exactly what info we are going to use, annotate them... (I guess write in the margins next to it how we are going to use it). Problem is, Whenever I click on "download" button I get a pdf. How would one go about writing on those? Not only write, but also do highlighting and annotations?
Also, slightly unrelated to this question, but how would one go about turning on the mode in MSWord which reports formatting, paragraphs, etc? I've been told it exists, I just don't know how to use it.
