I don't have the mixer at hand right now, but basically there are three switches. The upper most is the phantom power, the middle one is "to phones" and the lower most is "to main mix". So you should have the main mix switched off and to phones on. The thing with it is that you won't hear your microphone through your headphones this way, but at least others won't hear your computer.
Also, the sound of the main mix leaks just a little bit to the phones this way, but fortunately it doesn't leek the other way around.
