No offense but I thought this was common knowledge. Both the stadium keys/levels and ignoring, and the train points issue.
The trick with train points is that you get one per level. So if you're like 200 points behind at level 99, and you don't have any life tonics left, go and fight weak stuff so you get really awful exp. Tons of fights later, you'll hit level 100 and get a whole truckload of TP.
