CAE, there are 64-bit libraries for FMOD Ex available. I have both installed on my machine and I got them from the FMOD Ex SDK. However, I am not entirely sure that is Fadi's problem.
Fadi, the only thing I can suggest is what others have said. You are going to have to manually launch the game via the command prompt, and find out if the JRE throws any errors or exceptions. Generally you would do it by doing something like
"java -jar program.jar"
assuming of course you have your JRE configured properly to launch programs manually from the command-line.
