Another thing if all else fails is think of the longest word you can, then start making smaller words out of it.

Also in the morning, dont' ever snooze your alarm because you end up interrupting a new sleep cycle when it goes off again. And people do this multiple times, they snooze away an hour, just don't do that. I know it's nice to lay in bed but set it for when you actually need or want to be up, then get up. Set your clock or phone away from the bed so you have to physically get out of bed and walk over to it. Don't use Alexa or another assistant that you can shut up with your voice.
