Yep, the game is still available (the title is sixth sense and it has a page on this site). I believe the vo issue either got fixed or I never found it a problem, the game is self voicing anyway.
It's an interesting take on arcade games, slide your finger to attack in different directions and I'd recommend giving it a try, so long as your aware what your essentially getting is very much a "kill as many enemies as you can", albeit one in a rather nice environment and with an interesting control mechanic.
