no idea on Ce, perhaps a browser issue?
@narf, go to the modules section. the same way there is a list of your modules and they have "move to cargo" above them, there should be a "Transfer personell" link above the living quarters module. It is fine with Ie, and I don't see why Jaws would be having an issue with it. Once you've hit that, the transfer personell screen should be pretty much just like the "hier new personell" one on the ship maintenance center, accept there are quick links to trasfer different percentages of personell to each module. Type 200 (I think the step required 200), into the box near the ftl drive then hit the bottom transfer link to have done with that step.
