Crap, looks like that's the debug version of that DLL. If you can get a functioning copy of that DLL it should work, but I'll try to update the link with the proper DLL.
Edit: nope that's the release version. I'll have to include that DLL. It can also be obtained by downloading the Microsoft VC++ Redistributable 2012 I believe (possibly 2013 though)
You will no longer require crypt.DLL
