Yeah there's 24 of those, and I do see them doing that too, but, they are also doing that on the squares that aren't near that at all, and they are building multiple ones on the same square, it makes them to busy to fight, and they are wasting all their resources.
I'm using high grounds for those starting squares, and you don't start with any peasants, maybe changing one of those will help somehow?
I don't see why though...
