This one's at the beginning at the game, when you're facing Brok. After I beat him, it put me back standing in front of him. My pokemon was leveled and received all the experience from the battle, and I still had the money I got from him, but it didn't give me the boulder badge and it lets me challenge him again and again, always with the same results.
