You can buy japanese psn cards online digitally and they send you the code. all you need is a paypal account and ways to put money into that account. I've used it to import games many times, some of which either came much later to the US or didn't come at all. My favorite site to use is

Trust me. Set it up and it's worth it. I got Jojo's bizarre adventure before it came to the US a year later, bought Gundam extreme vs, and also downloaded Under Night In-birth, a great fighting game that is getting localized three months from now. And I can also get J stars victory vs now rather than having to wait for them to release it here too!
