Where did you get this Bluetooth driver? This sounds like it may be a virus to me. You may need to ask around for a windows 8 dvd because most computers that are made by most popular manufactures do not provide a vanilla windows 8 dvd. Does your computer have a recovery partition? You may be able to recover by using that method, but you will lose everything on the computer.
