Depends on what you mean by better. It's just as crazy as 3, in fact 3 is actually easier because there is a full stereo field for you to utilize. as for SF games in general and 4 in particular... well, can't say more than what everyone else has already been saying. Move commands are usually quarter circle motions, and as a player I way prefer the ps3 controler over the xbox360 for this type of thing.
