I don't know all of the controls, but here goes:
A and D: walk left or right.
space: jump.
shift, with A and D: run.
tab: rescue people.
up, down, left, right, and some other keys(I don't know): give voice commands to your partners like greeting them, say follow me, wait, ETC.
that's all the controls that I know, I'll put up the complete list of the controls if I've figured it out.
