As with smugglers 4 and 5, you probably need the nvda review curser you can't just press keyboard keys and expect things to work. S3 doesn't have a blind compatibility mode the way s4 and 5 do, however it does have all it's images etc labeled and uses list boxes and other more standard windows controls.
