Hi.
Something I've noticed: While installing the game, there wasn't any kind of license agreement/terms of service. Why don't you guys make a basic one players should agree to before playing the game? Then, in cases where you have to ban someone you can always refer them back to this agreement that they agreed to before playing the game, should they ever want to know why.
