Thank you, I think it must be enabled by default, but I'll check it out.
Anyway I found another option to make jaws and maybe other screen readers detect the language automatically. In Microsoft word 2010, you must select the whole text, (ctrl+A), go to language in the review tab, and select language proofing. Then, you will have the option to mark the text as, and by the way, you need to select a language like Italian, german, French or another language. It works and jaws reads it as it's used to do.
