For anyone wanting assistance in-world, I can come on and guide you through what I know using Radegast. Though I'm really not all that good, most of what I know is just stuff taken from the guide. I do wish it was more accessible on non-Windows platforms, or we had other good client options. The official viewer or Firestorm, for insstance.
Also, if you're having problems understanding the audio captcha and have a good hd voice solution (Skype, TeamTalk, SIP, T-Mobile HD voice), I can help with those as well. I'm usually pretty good with them.
