Problem loading sapi4 with NVDA

hi everyone,
I don't know if all of you have experienced this before. but when I tried to use sapi4 with NVDA, it says the following message:

Synthesizer error dialogue, cannot load the sapi4 synthesizer.

If you guys know how to solve this, and willing to help, I would be highly appreciated.
