I can't help much with the breeze. But if you can get your hands on it, I'd highly recommend the apple watch for maps.
Personally, I feel the breeze is a bit to big for my liking and the maps aren't updated as much, or they weren't last time I used one. This was a couple of years back and I've herd they've updated the breeze since then. But saying that, just because the breeze isn't for me, doesn't mean it won't be for you. If you get use out of it and feel it really helps,then that's awesome.
