there is only one problem. You have to be on the same wi fi network as your phone, and you also have to use horrible, battery guzzling, disgusting bluetooth. I also don't have a credit card. If someone has a working android virtual machine that is compatable with vmware fusion, please upload. Please note, this vm must, i repeat, must! be able to use a microphone. The only reason why I say this, is because there is an android vm for virtual box, which doesn't have the ability to have microphone input, and the sound card of most windows pcs from del don't like the virtual box soundcard, so talk back won't work, no matter how much tinkering with the vm, you do. I know you can convert virtual box vms to vmware vms, but, that particular one I saw, again, doesn't have microphone input, no matter what pc you use. The sound card thing can be fixed, just by using a supported soundcard, but the microphone thing isn't computer related. That is an iss ue in the vm, it's self. The person who made the vm rooted his ice cream sandwich tablet, and somehow managed to turn it into a vm. Everything works fine, accept the phone, because there is no sim card, and the mic. You can get apps from the play store, and use them. Some apps, for instance most games, or apps that require explore by touch won't work, even though you have mouse emulation of the touch screen. You can turn explore by touch on, but it still won't work. Again, that is not anything you can fix, by means of virtual box, or the vm. I, however, do recommend this vm to people who are considdering a purchase of an android device. Please note, this vm uses your keyboard, so for experienced android users, it's exactly like using a bluetooth keyboard. For newbies, on any android, vm, or real machine, bluetooth keyboard navigation is just like navigating in NVDA or JAWS. arrow keys move through menues and content in a window. Enter acti vates or does the default action for the selected item. For instance, if you were on a check box or button, it would press or toggle it as checked or unchecked. And, by the way, virtual box for mac is so not accessable. I know, i might as well, just cut this out and put it in a topic in articals room, called virtual box and android, but I won't, because, this topic lead me into typing all this out. So, yeah. End of rant. Press Play/stop to go to the beginning of rant... Beep. If anybody doesn't get what I am making a pun of, the victor readers and NLS digital talking book machines would say "End of book. Press play/stop to go to beginning of book." P.s. I don't have a link to this vm, nor do I think it is downloadable anymore.
