I would suggest you ask around on some of the mac forums etc, sinse I'd be surprised if there wasn't anything, indeed there might well be a mac accessible system function anyway, I know the alarm setting on the Iphone is fully accessible with voiceover, ---- or indeed if your really lazy by just giving Siri orders.
