SLJ, the older dragon ball Z games, like dragon ball Z budokai tenkaichi 3 for the wii and the PlayStation 2, all of them have spoken menus, but not all of them, but most of them have.
the screen where it has a spoken menu is at the main menu, story select, tournament, settings, and other that I don't know.
for most console games, learning the menu structure is required, and lots of patience are needed to complete the game.
