Oh yes, because someone would write a whole manual, in detail, and go through the trouble of making a full video with music and voice acting for show. That's like saying you're going to going to be the judge for a murder case and find the murderer innocent, and asking what evidence there is to prove his guilt other than the body and that his fingerprints are all over it, because those don't count. As Brian has already said, this has already been run into the ground... what more is there to say? And good luck taking him to court...
