Hey, another AVS member! You might want to consider getting an SB2 as they seem to be more easily modified than the SB3 due to form factor.
I am looking into modding mine to include a new standard AV size enclosure and internal shielded linear 5V power supply. I have the PSU figured out, still looking for the perfect enclosure though.
