Are the transformers the PowerOne HB3s? It looks like you used an IEC connector for mains, what's the DC power cable and plug look like? Is there an on/off switch, power indicator light, and fuse?
I was putting my shopping list together to assemble one, but I might be interested in yours, especially since you used a nice looking box.
