For sheer fidelity,using the SB3 digital out into a revealing dac is quite a significant upgrade, would the Transporter offer a significant upgrade if it was used in a similar fashion?, if you ignore the flexibility/connections of the Transporter, and just treat it as a transport, can the 24/96 dac offer a significant leg-up over the 24/48 dac in the SB3?,[numbers dont always equate with fidelity, less is more!!] using the RCA digital out connections[its a shame that the SB3 doesn't have a true 75 ohm BNC connector]
