Since you aren't using a native format, you aren't getting gapless playback, so the stream is stopping between tracks, invoking that delay (if it exists) in your device at the beginning of each song. There is a setting in Player Settings, where you can set a playback delay. Gp to Player Settings -> Audio and scroll down to "Audio Startup Time").
