That one is probably a switched design - and that is not what you want. If you are handy with a soldering iron, you could make one based on the SS5-3/OVP (-6/OVP)model. That one looks like Elpac's version of the industry 5V/3A version a lot of us have used. There is at least 5 versions of them out there.
