BTW there's a couple of pairs of Snells (type J and type K) on ebay at the moment - these are really excellent speakers. They'll go for £100 or less, and will be far better than anything you can buy new for £500, IMO. They are perfect for valves - easy load, nice and sensitive, wonderful midrange.
