Your sub has a built-in crossover, so no worries there. The problem is that the bass information will not be removed when it's going to your speakers - that is, unless you pass it through the sub using the in/out RCAs or pass it through some preamp/processor that has bass management.
It's not the end of the world, but having both the sub and the speakers produce the same bass simultaneously has some repercussions as I described earlier.
