I've been doing my cables with RG6 and F-type compression fittings then a F-type to RCA adapter. I'd like to pick up some RCA compression fittings at some point. Also would like to try some RG59 to see if I can tell a difference. I replaced my "Monster" brand subwoofer cable with RG6 and there is honestly more thump from the sub now. Using for video interconnects too. This has actually been discussed if you do a search for "RG6".
