This is proper MP3/iPod integration. As others have said the FM transmitters are next to useless. Other alternative is to ask your car dealer if there is an Pod/MP3 integration for your model (I had them install an aux input in my BMW) or chuck the old car radio away and install one that has iPod integration built in.
