Yes, I know. I'm not trying to point any one poster out or anything. I
get a lot of folks on various forums saying that if it's not EAC and
FLAC then it's not bit perfect. Period.

I think because iTunes is proprietary, and so aligned with MP3 files
that folks tend to discount it's quality. I've used it in both Windows
and Mac and it seems to be a good program in general.

I've also used EAC and I can't tell the difference between my FLAC
files encoded with EAC and my ALAC files copied with iTunes.
