Thanks again. There's no mention in the manual about any such circuitry, but I will give Meridian a ring, they are normally very helpful (especially as both amps went back to Meridian a month or so ago). I just wanted a bit of info before speaking to them. At least I know that the connections are floating at the time of shutdown and can put this to Meridian. If I find anything of interest I'll post back.
