Got it easily enough on my Aego speakers connected to the computer (at low volume) but, to be honest, that's a pretty poor clip for showing the difference. If I had to pick something that would sound OK at low bit rates, it would be something like that clip. It's only the little bit of high frequency content at the end that needs a high bit rate.
