I've found something else I might try for. Its an older Theta DAC (Theta DS Progeny...or something like that). I've read some reviews on it and seems like its well liked. Price is around $275.
About the Behringer, I'm still unsure of the analog output quality. I've read that its not really any better than that of the squeezebox.
