But have you guys heard about how LinuxMCE integrates SlimServer into its whole? So this one could be even more elegant. They prepare a IR controller linked to that box, which would allow to program AV controlling in a way similar to Logitech remotes, but integrated with the rest of the home - press one button and it not just turn your SB and amp and select inout, but also turn off AC and dim lights.
