You might compare them to the SB3 to see if they're normal.  A 10kHz
squarewave -should- look like a sin (remember, a square wave is a sum
of the fundamental and odd harmonics, but the first odd harmonic is
30kHz and so above Nyquist - leaving you with just a 10kHz sine).  But
the 100Hz wave shouldn't have sloping sides, at least in theory.  If
the SB is more flat that's another bad sign.
