Those vintage 1970s receivers are great. I've got a Marantz 2225 from that era that I just had refurbished for a bedroom system. It puts to share some of the newer stuff out there. And the thing will probably last another 20 or 30 years before it needs servicing again. How many AVR/THX/DTS-MA/7.1 gizmos in use today do you thing will still be in use 20 years from now?
