It's probably in your head. :) But, if you're concerned I would look at configuring SqueezeCenter to stream FLACs as WAV. That avoids processing on the player and means you save 50% of your disc space. (At least I think you can do that...my File Types page is a bit weird because of my messing with Inguz so I can't tell.) Darren
