no (yes) ..... :) Technically there is bit loss if you reduce the volume from max - which is what ReplayGain normally does. However, if you are asking "will I hear anything bad if I use ReplayGain", then the answer is "No" - assuming you have the volume control set to between 90-max to start with. Obviously if you have the volume set much lower than that then the signal to noise ratio will increase (not a big issue IMO) and the dynamic range will noticeably decrease (much bigger issue IMO). -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
