Your retailer has got around £1000 from you, probably more. Your money
worked fine. But your Transporter is useless. So get your money back
immediately. If you bought it online, you are entitled to a refund under
the distance selling regulations whether it is faulty or not; if you
bought it from a shop, the Sale of Goods Act covers you. Your beef is
with the retailer - they supplied you, not Logitech. It is up to your
retailer to deal with Logitech not you.
