Can't help you directly on the choice between Touch and Audiocom-modded duet, but just thought i would complicate things a bit further. I had my DAC modded by audiocom (and was very happy with this), but am aware from my discussions with mark that he does not feel able to mod the Touch internally (at least that was the case in may-he might have changed his mind). However Brent at Audio Upgrades thinks he can mod a touch internally, and i am sending mine to him while i am on holiday. he is also working on a linear psu; he argued that it was better to modify internally before splashing out on the psu. As far as I am aware no one else is providing touch mods commercially right now, but that may change. Certainly the number of people providing linear psus seems to multiply.
