Good idea connecting to both - do you mean the TP shouldn't be used just as a DAC - that will never happen in my house I use it as my main source of music - the cd is for my wifes use. I was merely wondering if the TP's DAC might be superior but I've heard the G08 is very good to - watch this space - thanks very much for your input.
