Darren - be careful with this stuff. You can turn a room into an
anechoic chamber if you aren't careful :-)

Some ac wallpaper is essentially just old-fashioned flock... which will
be as good as anything for mild HF flutter echo.

If you are looking for sound "proofing" that's different...
